1. Information we collect

When you submit the reservation form or contact us via Hotline/Zalo/WhatsApp, we collect: your full name, phone number, expected date and time of arrival, party size and any notes you add.

The website also records anonymous technical data (device type, pages viewed) for traffic statistics.

2. How we use it

Your information is used to confirm your reservation, arrange seating, support you before and during your night with us, and follow up on your experience.

We DO NOT sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes.

3. Measurement and advertising

The website uses Google measurement tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads) to evaluate content and advertising performance. When you submit the form, your phone number and name may be one-way hashed (SHA-256) before being sent to Google for conversion measurement — Google never receives the original data in readable form.

You can block measurement cookies in your browser settings without affecting your reservation.

4. Storage and security

Reservation information is stored in our internal management system with access limited to the operations team. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect data from unauthorised access.
