Rules for using the Astrix Saigon website and table reservation service.
1. Scope of service
The website astrixsaigon.com provides information about Astrix Saigon and a free table reservation service. Submitting the reservation form is a request to hold a table — a reservation is only confirmed once our team contacts you back on the phone number you provided.
2. Age policy
Our service is for guests aged 18 and over. We may ask you to present a valid photo ID at the door.
3. Holding, changing and cancelling
Your table is held until the time agreed on confirmation. If you are running late or wish to change/cancel, please let us know in advance via Hotline 0905 806 518. We may release the table if we receive no notice after the holding time.
4. Venue policy
Please follow the guidance of our security and service staff; dress code is smart casual. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases that affect the safety and experience of other guests.
5. Website content
Programme information, line-ups and images on the website may change night by night without prior notice. All images, logos and content belong to Astrix Saigon; please do not reproduce them for commercial purposes without permission.
